Sarah Vincenzo brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in senior living and behavioral health, specializing in community turnarounds, regulatory compliance, and team development. She has opened multiple rehab centers, trained Executive Directors, led special projects, and served as a Keynote Speaker for OHCA and a trainer on Advanced Directives.

Sarah leads with purpose, joy, and a deep passion for seniors — creating communities where residents and associates feel united, supported, and genuinely happy. Known for her signature boombox dance parties and her belief that fun should be part of every day, she blends strong operational expertise with a vibrant, people‑first approach. Outside of work, she enjoys church, hiking the Appalachian Trail, cycling, and finding Zen by the water.
Sandra Glorioso has spent several years in senior living, building a deep commitment to older adults, caregivers, and families. A highlight of her career was accompanying her nominee to the Argentum National Conference, where they were honored as one of only five caregivers nationwide to receive the Hero Award.
In her role as Community Relations Director, Sandra supports families through emotional transitions with empathy, guidance, and a calming presence. She’s often mistaken for a therapist — a compliment that reflects her ability to listen, comfort, and help families find peace of mind.

Outside of work, Sandra is an amateur geologist, paleontologist, and stonemason who designs and builds bubbling boulders that celebrate the beauty and history of natural stone. Her creativity and compassion shape every part of her life and work.
